About Helen Easton: Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

I am a qualified psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council For Psychotherapy (UKCP).

My training is in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (M.A.with distinction, University of Sheffield).

I have also qualified as a Counsellor (WPF North).

I have worked in the field of mental health for over 35 years. I also have a post-graduate qualification in Health Promotion (Leeds Metropolitan University).

I have provided psychotherapy for many emotional and relationship problems such as: depression, anxiety, problematic anger, 'stuckness' or repeating problems in relationships, problems with self-esteem/self-acceptance, bereavement, issues stemming from childhood (including abuse, trauma or loss), stress (related to work, parenting, or family problems).
