If you are looking into psychotherapy it can feel daunting, and possibly confusing. I hope I can help:

As a psychotherapist I have over 19 years experience in the N.H.S. and also worked for several years in the charity sector. I have worked with men and women with a wide range of difficulties.

I offer initial sessions where you can tell me about what has brought you to seek psychotherapy and where we can discuss whether psychotherapy may help you.

I offer one to one psychotherapy to people over the age of eighteen.

My consultation room is only about 2 miles out of Leeds city centre at Insight Therapy, Hilton Road, Leeds, LS8 4HA. I also offer remote therapy sessions.
